Hong Kai Lee received his PhD from the National University of Singapore in 2015 and joined A*STAR’s Singapore Immunology Network as a computational immunologist in 2019 after spending 11 years at the National University Hospital, Singapore. His research interests cover a broad range of key themes in statistical and machine learning on infectious disease epidemiology and cancer immunology. Some current projects his lab is working on include single cell analyses on extreme high dimensional transcriptome and mutational profiling for different disease/tissue/cell types. He has received a number of awards for his research, including an Academic Medicine Development Award and a Roche Laboratory Medicine (Technical) Award.
