Researcher
Abhijit Ghosh received his PhD from Spintec Laboratory, Grenoble, France in 2012, where he worked on spin current transport in metallic spintronic systems. Later, he joined ETH Zurich, Switzerland for post-doctoral research in the field of magnetic random-access memory for cache applications. He joined A*STAR’s Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (IMRE) in 2018. He currently conducts research in the field of spin orbit torque based random access memory (SOT-MRAM) and high frequency applications of magnonic materials.
