Researcher
Alexander W. Jackson received his undergraduate (MChem) degree from Newcastle University in July 2008. He then joined the group of David A. Fulton in September 2008 at the same university to commence his postgraduate studies. His PhD research focused on the utilization of dynamic covalent bonds within polymeric nanoparticles, co-authoring nine peer-reviewed publications in the process. In September 2012 he moved to Singapore to take up a position as a research scientist at A* STAR within the Institute of Chemical and Engineering Sciences (ICES) where he works on the development functional, degradable and biocompatible polymeric nanoparticles via modern radical polymerization methods.
