Guillaume Carissimo obtained his PhD degree from the Pierre and Marie Curie University and Pasteur Institute in Paris, France, in 2015. He is currently a Research Fellow affiliated with the Singapore Immunology Network (SIgN) in the laboratory of Lisa F.P. Ng. He studies the immunology of mosquito-borne diseases, encompassing both the mosquito vector and the mammalian host.
