Jonathan Teo is a Researcher at the A*STAR Genome Institute of Singapore (A*STAR GIS), where his work focuses on microbiome analytics, metagenomics, and data-driven approaches to personalised nutrition and environmental surveillance. His research integrates high-throughput sequencing, statistical modelling and machine learning to study microbe–diet–health interactions and microbial transmission in the built environment. He has led and contributed to large-scale cohort and city-wide surveillance studies, working closely with government and public-health partners.
