Jonathan Teo is a Researcher at the A*STAR Genome Institute of Singapore (A*STAR GIS), where his work focuses on microbiome analytics, metagenomics, and data-driven approaches to personalised nutrition and environmental surveillance. His research integrates high-throughput sequencing, statistical modelling and machine learning to study microbe–diet–health interactions and microbial transmission in the built environment.
