A*STAR Singapore Institute of Food and Biotechnology Innovation (A*STAR SIFBI)Jordy Kim Ung Ling obtained his PhD from Curtin University in 2020. Prior to joining A*STAR SIFBI, he worked as a research fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, focusing on protein extraction and the evaluation of techno-functional properties of proteins. He is currently a Scientist in the Discovery Department at A*STAR SIFBI, where his research centres on identifying potential value-added sustainable ingredients, including macronutrients and micronutrients, for food, nutrition, and consumer care applications.
