Nanxun (Agnes) Li was formerly a Research Scientist at the A*STAR Institute for Human Development and Potential (A*STAR IHDP). She moved to the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in August 2025 to be a Research Assistant Professor at the Research Hub of Population Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences. Li is a family sociologist whose research focuses on fatherhood, parenting, social policy, child development and population studies. She received her PhD in Sociology from the National University of Singapore in 2023.
