Qiang Yu, MD, PhD, is a Senior Group Leader of Precision Cancer Medicine at the A*STAR Genome Institute of Singapore (A*STAR GIS). He also holds adjunct professorships at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Duke-NUS Medical School. His lab focuses on both basic and translational cancer research, including key questions in epigenetics, biomarkers and immuno-oncology to support developing and implementing A*STAR’s R&D strategies. His lab has published extensively in prominent journals, including Cell, Nature Medicine, Cancer Cell, Molecular Cell, Cancer Discovery, JCI, JEM and PNAS, and has generated several patents and technologies for further development.
