Ruedi Aebersold, Professor of Molecular Systems Biology at ETH Zurich, Switzerland, is a world-renowned proteomics scientist and a pioneer in targeted proteomics technology. He is known for developing a series of methods that have found wide application in analytical protein chemistry and proteomics, and his research has been cited more than 148,000 time. Aebersold is a co-founder of the Institute for Systems Biology in Seattle, ProteoMediX and Biognosys.
