Sean Chia is currently a Senior Scientist with the Analytical Science & Technologies (GlycoAnalytics) team at A*STAR BTI developing novel analytical tools for biotherapeutic developability profiling. He is a recipient of the NMRC OF-YIRG grant to study the aggregation properties of next-generation antibodies. A Singapore Biodesign Innovation Fellow (2022), Chia obtained his PhD degree in Biophysics at the University of Cambridge, UK, and worked for a UK biotechnology startup developing antibody-based diagnostic assays before joining A*STAR.
