Sharon Nai is a Senior Principal Scientist at the A*STAR Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (A*STAR SIMTech) and Director of the Additive Innovation Centre (AIC), an industry-facing translational hub supported by the National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Cluster (NAMIC). Her research focuses on additive and advanced manufacturing, with an emphasis on translating technological innovations into industrial applications. She has led collaborative R&D programmes with local and international industry partners and helped establish industry joint laboratories. Her contributions have been recognised through awards including the SG100 Women in Tech Award, the A*STAR Fellow Award, the NUS Distinguished Alumni Award and the TCT Women in 3D Printing Innovator Award.
