Xiukai Li earned his PhD in Physical Chemistry from Nanjing University, China, in 2006, following a BS in Chemical Engineering from the same institution in 1998. He conducted postdoctoral research at the National Institute for Materials Science, Japan, from 2006 to 2009, and served as a researcher at Jiangsu University, China, from 2009 to 2012. Since 2012, he has been a researcher at A*STAR, Singapore. His research interests include green chemistry, catalytic chemistry and materials science.
