Zhu Yao is deputy head of the Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems (SAM) department in A*STAR’s Institute of Microelectronics (IME). Her current research interests include MEMS devices for sensing, actuating and communication applications and emerging memory devices to enable in-memory edge computing. Zhu Yao received her Bachelor and Ph.D. degrees from Nanyang Technological University.
