Amanda Fu is a Senior Research Officer at A*STAR SIFBI. She holds an MSc in Public Health from the National University of Singapore and has a research background spanning clinical and population health. Her research focuses on understanding how nutrition and dietary patterns can influence health outcomes, prevent diseases and support healthy longevity.
