Darel Toh is a Senior Scientist and Team Lead of Experimental Nutrition at A*STAR SIFBI. He holds a PhD degree from the National University of Singapore, with a research background spanning nutrition science and clinical research. His research focuses on the gut as a key regulator of whole-body physiology, with an emphasis on tailored nutrition, dietary strategies and targeted bioactive compounds to promote healthy longevity and enable proactive disease prevention.
