A*STAR Singapore Institute of Food and Biotechnology Innovation (SIFBI)Ding Xiang Chew is a food researcher focused on enhancing the sustainability and nutritional value of the food ecosystem. One of the first recipients of the A*STAR National Science Scholarship (Masters) in 2021, he pursued advanced studies at Wageningen University & Research in the Netherlands, specialising in food engineering with a particular interest in alternative proteins.
