Jiah Shin Chin received a PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in 2021. She was awarded a PhD scholarship from the Interdisciplinary Graduate School at NTU to further her interest in biocompatible material engineering. During her graduate studies, Chin performed interdisciplinary work under the co-supervision of Sing Yian Chew from the School of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering, and David Becker from the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. Chin’s scientific interests include chronic wound repair and neural regeneration. Chin is currently a Research Fellow at the A*STAR Skin Research Labs (A*SRL).
