Xinghua Wang is a Scientist at the Institute of Microelectronics (IME), A*STAR, and was previously a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore (NUS). Wang completed her bachelor’s degree in Materials Science at Tianjin University, China, before moving on to a Master’s in Materials Science at Zhejiang University, China. She then completed her PhD in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. Her research interests include backend compatible transistor devices and piezoMEMS devices; and backend integration of novel transistor devices and piezoMEMS devices.
